At extreme cashmere x, we accept returns on all unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, provided the original security tags remain intact. Please ensure garments are returned in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of the high-quality cashmere fibers.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garment and place it in the original box along with the completed return form and all original certificates.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Tracking
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
